Mortgage origination fees: subject to loan terms and lender requirements
Title and closing fees: subject to transaction value and title insurance requirements
Construction and materials pricing: subject to project scope and specifications

You Are NOT Required to Use These Providers

You are not required to use any of the above-listed providers as a condition of your purchase or participation in any transaction. There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for these services.
