Where It All Began
Manuel Resto Sr. spent over 25 years in the mortgage industry, helping families finance their futures. Annie Resto spent the same time, in parallel, as a realtor in all areas of real estate and mortgage operations — holding together the finances, systems, and family all at once. Together, the two found they can assist in virtually every side of a real estate transaction... TOGETHER
Their daughter Michelle followed that same path into title and closing, bringing over 5 years of experience to the table and eventually leading what is now, On Target Title — the closing arm of the entire Network. Additionally, her aunt Vanessa stepped in as partner and administrator, continuing to keep the development and title sides thriving in operation.
Michelle's little brother, Alejandro, saw his family's vision as a whole. A real estate professional, mortgage operator, and systems builder, Alejandro took everything his family had built and asked one question: What if we stopped doing this for everyone else and started doing it together? What if we stopped doing this for everyone else and started doing it TOGETHER?
